Although I've always dreamed of being a romance author, I believed I
would grow up to be an accountant - I even majored in accounting in
college  but soon changed my major to English, thinking that would get
me closer to my ultimate dream. Then, one fateful day, my English
professor asked me what I really wanted to do with my life and I said
"I want to be a writer." He told me to go home, that true writing talent
cannot be taught it must come from inside and he believed I already
possessed it.
So I dropped out of college, got swept up in the world of retail
management for several years, married, became a mom and finally got
the chance to dedicate my time to fulfilling my dream.
